1, Glass cermic, Emax restorations does not contain any metal core inside. It is all ceramic. This means that adjoining gum will show no dark metal edges. It is more friendly to human tissue.
2 The glass ceramic material enables light to shines better through, similiar to natural teeth and providing natural looking aesthethics. Glass-ceramics have the fabrication advantage of glass, as well as special properties of ceramics. This product we can provide in crowns, lower anterior bridges within three units, veneers, inlay and onlays. This product is already scientifically and clinically proven for years to be safe, no side effects. Cementation materials are also tried and tested to be effective.
3, Now our emax products can be produced by PRESS technique and glass ceramic products can be produced by CAD/CAM technique. CAD/CAM technique is considerably higher strength compared with competitive glass and hybrid ceramics(press technique).
4, Material used for Emax Press technique is Ivoclar. Glass ceramic material we used is biocompatible, material contains lithium disilicate glass-ceramic. It offers great fitness, perfect form and function.This material is great, it is zero porocity, high strength, tough enough, translucency or opacity, it is low or even negative thermal expansion.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |

| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
